No Surprises with Pre-checked Properties!
Depending on the owner, the contract terms and required documents vary even for the same apartment. Our staff will carefully check the contract terms and necessary documents, and explain them in English in a list.
If no one checks the property between the viewing and move-in, there may be many problems such as uncleaned rooms, cold showers, and burnt-out light bulbs. Our company visits the property about a week before move-in to check all of these and request improvements from the owner. You can rest assured on the day of move-in.
Never Alone After Move-in!
Move-in is not the goal. Don’t forget that your life starts here! If you use our service, we will act as your communication agent for free for the first month after move-in, including communication for improvement requests for home facilities. Even after the second month, don’t worry! You can continue the service for only 3,000 pesos per month. You are never alone and can always receive our support.
